Thank you for choosing Psalm 91 Outdoors. We work hard to ensure your gear arrives quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on weather, carrier delays, or high‑volume periods.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination

Please note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses whenever possible. Some oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for these destinations.

5. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Psalm 91 Outdoors is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
